Nicole graduated from the University of Saint Thomas with Bachelor’s Degrees in both Health Promotion and Physical Education. Over the course of her career, she has earned her personal trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, yoga training from CorePower Yoga & Devanadi School of Yoga & Wellness, Dance Teacher certification through Dance Teacher Web affiliated with UNLV and a SHiNE DANCE FITNESS™ along with several other trainings & certifications along the way.
Owning and operating Hayward Fitness Fanatics & Dance Experience, has been Nicole's most gratifying achievement. She feels that being able offer her professional skills and her passion for life to the community she adores is both rewarding and humbling. She is driven to create and offer the best experience for people of all ages, levels and interests so that healthier living can be possible for all involved!

Since 4 years old, Brianna has had an intense passion for dance, something that always brought immeasurable joy to her life. She first received her Zumba certification as a way to embark on her fitness instruction path and has since received a certification for Barre and earned her Dance Teacher certification from Dance Teacher Web. "My greatest goal is to be the best possible role model to my daughter - show her to live life happily, be active, and to have fun and enjoy it!"
Aside from her day job and working at the studio, Brianna also enjoys cooking, camping, playing cards/games and gardening.

Originally from Manitowoc, Joy moved to the area for a job with the Hayward School District. Prior to her move, she frequented a local gym where she took classes and fell in love with group fitness. TurboKick drew her to become a certified instructor of the Beach Body fitness methods. Upon arriving in Hayward, it was her husband, Jonathan, who first entered the doors of HFF to inquire about an instructor position! Since then, she has worked to gain further training and knowledge in group fitness, dance and continues to stretch herself for further education.
When she's not at the studio, you may catch her out and about with her adorable daughters Rose & Ava or whipping up a new dish in her kitchen to entertain friends & family!
Specialties: Barre & Body Toning
After several years in the medical field, Andrea decided it was time for something new and embarked on a journey to obtain her Barre Above certification and join the HFF team. Her goal has always been to help people improve their overall health and this way she can challenge them to increase their physical fitness, also!
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science which makes her an excellent mentor and teacher and her no-holds-barred attitude makes her a motivating leader in her classes!
In her spare time, she loves to be outside skiing, biking, running, and just having fun with her daughter, husband, and their dogs.

Jodi joined our fitness team in September of 2017 after many years working at the YMCA of Madison! She holds a degree in Health Promotion from University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point and is originally from the Madison area. She has taught group fitness classes and offered personal training since 1998 and loves what she does to help people stay active and healthy!
She currently works full time at the Hayward Senior Resource Center and has two beautiful children who are equally as active as Mom! Outside of her work, Jodi is an avid runner and loves to be doing anything with her family!

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – movement studies from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and has a background in Sports Management from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside. He also holds certification for Silver Sneakers and is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. He played many sports through his high school and college careers including basketball, baseball, cross country, and rugby. His background from being in sports and the military as a light infantryman has taught him what the human body is capable of. He specializes in weight loss, strength/conditioning, and correcting biomechanical deficiencies so clients can vivaciously live their best lives.
Daniel believes that exercise doesn’t have to be a daunting task, so he prides himself on making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective!
When Dan isnt working, which is rare, he's making the most of life with his wife, Hayley!

A former marathon runner, Kimberly was drawn to yoga as a complimentary workout on her off days. She soon discovered that yoga wasn’t simply a way to work her body, but to heal her mind and soul. Although she gravitates to teaching deep stretch, yoga-pilates fusion and restorative classes, she also is certified to teach barre, pilates, TRX and iRest meditation. In addition to earning her 200 and 500 hour status through Yoga Alliance, Kimberly continues to share her passion for yoga through her certified yoga teacher training school for both the 200 and 500 hour levels.
New to the Hayward area, Kimberly and her husband Jake live on Callahan Lake and love to ski, snowshoe, paddle board and hike.

RaeJean has been practicing yoga for over 6 years. She started her yoga journey with Duluth’s Yoga North International Soma Yoga Institute where she continues to work toward the completion of her 500 hour yoga therapy certification.
She is currently involved in the helping profession with an AA in Substance Use Disorder Counseling and a BS in Social Work. Her 20 years as a substance abuse counselor combined with her experience as a yoga instructor has taken her into jails, treatment centers and the recovery community to share yoga along with her personal story of strength and hope.
RaeJean currently lives in Hayward, Wisconsin. She has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. RaeJean spends her spare time recharging herself by getting back to nature.

Amy was born and raised in Taiwan, then moved to the US in 2007 where she lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2021, she and her husband moved to Cable WI as the full-time residents.
Amy found her passion for fitness when she moved to US and attended her 1st BodyPump Group Fitness Class at the YMCA. Those group classes become her outlet for stress caused by school and daily life. She then decided to obtain her certification and become a group fitness leader in 2012. Amy is especially passionate about coaching correct form for weightlifting and she loves teaching senior fitness.
As you'll see, Amy is all about fun & high energy - you'll keep coming back for more of her infectious personality!

Ann’s personal training and group fitness career started with teaching Strongfirst kettlebell methods in 2017. During her certification process, Ann was also introduced to Z-Health and decided it would be a perfect addition to her fitness regimen and really wanted to share it's benefits for athletes. Eventually a love for dancing led Ann to add SHiNE to her resume in 2020. “I love how SHiNE encourages you to be your authentic self and let loose on the dance floor!”
Ann, her husband & son are newbies to the Hayward area but have fallen in love with it's community feel. In her spare time, she loves walking, hiking, gardening and making awesome coffee drinks!

Cydne has been practicing yoga since it was introduced to her in 2002. It was an immediate love, and has remained a part of her life ever since. Initially she valued it for the physical strength it grew in her; but when faced with struggles in her personal life, she was quickly amazed at the spiritual and mental strengthening benefits it grew as well. Her experience spans all kinds of platforms - teaching large groups of 100+ students to private one-on-one sessions, from boutique studio classes to addiction recovery groups. Cydne's goal is to ignite that spark of joy and strength in others' lives.
