Yoga Teacher Training
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to become a yoga teacher? Or, maybe your home practice has given you the inspiration to dive deeper into your yoga?

The teacher training program at our studio utilizes Find Your Edge Yoga, LLC curriculum (registered through Yoga Alliance) and has been carefully tailored to meet a variety of needs & learning styles!
Adult Dance Lessons
From Ballet to Hip Hop, Ballroom to Tap - we offer adult classes for all ages and skill levels! If you've always wanted to learn to dance or if dancing has been part of your life and you want to get back into it, this is the place for you!
Classes are offered as sessions from September - May in 4-8 week formats. Previous registration is always appreciated!

We can help you document and assess your current diet and provide you with clear and realistic advice to improve your dietary habits.
