SARAH HANSEN
Specialties: Yoga : Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, & Bhakti

Hi I'm Sara, I was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa, Hatha, Bhakti, and Yin training with Suan Sati Yoga Retreat in Chiang Mai Thailand in June 2019. I have been teaching kids and adult yoga classes (private studio, YMCA, Arts For Kids Daycare) since October 2019 upon returning from my travels abroad, and I am honored to be teaching still. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.

My style is non-judgemental, with a compassion-centered philosophy. I always look to encourage growth of the physical and energetic self, and self-empowerment to discover what will best nurture your unique needs in the moment. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice and open your heart. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced."
