Helpful Tips Before You Visit Us

Your FIRST CLASS IS ABSOLUTELY FREE! Come and see what we are all about without the worry of commitment if it's not your thing.
Pre-Registration for classes is appreciated for our regularly scheduled weekly classes. Pre-Registration is necessary for workshops & events.
When You Arrive at the Studio - Please 'Check In' at The Front Desk Kiosk
If you are newer to our studio, Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class for us to complete the intake process & show you around our facility.
If a situation arises that you will not be able to arrive early or on time -or- if you need to leave class early, please let your instructor know in advance.
Good Yoga Etiquette : if you must leave early, please do so before the start of 'savasana'. Please enter and exit the studio quietly.
If you Pre-Register and a situation arises where you can no longer attend a class or event, please be sure to review our Cancellation Policy.
Youth under the age of 18 are welcome to attend classes alone at HFF with parent consent.
Feel free to BYO yoga mat. Studio mats are available at NO additional cost.
Street shoes are not allowed in the studios, please bring a separate pair for indoor use.
You are welcome & encouraged to bring your belongings into the classroom, but leave coats & shoes in the main lobby.
Cell phones should be put on silent, thank you!
Bring a water bottle with you, we try to reduce waste by not offering plastic/paper cups at the studio.
In the event that one of our classes has a Substitute Instructor, please note that the class may or may not be the same style/type of class.
If you have a limitation or injury -or- if you are pregnant, we ask that you share this information with your instructor for your safety! Please Read Our Healthy & Safety Disclaimer Below.
If you intend to use the private showers, read through our Shower Etiquette Packet before using the Private Showers.
If you feel unwell or or are under the weather, please refrain from coming to class.
