First, here are some helpful things you should know about coming to our studio...

  • Men, Women, Children, Seniors and ALL Fitness Levels Are Welcome!
  • Your FIRST CLASS IS ABSOLUTELY FREE! Come and see what we are all about without the worry of commitment if it's not your thing.
  • Please Always Check In at The Front Desk Prior to Class!
  • Pre-registration for classes is NOT necessary for our regularly scheduled weekly classes.
  • It is recommended that you Pre-Register for any our separately priced events, offerings & workshops. 
  • If you are newer to our studio, Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class for us to complete the intake process & show you around our facility.
  • If a situation arises that you will not be able to arrive early or on time -or- if you need to leave class early, please enter and exit the studio quietly and consider letting your instructor know in advance so they know you need to leave.
  • Good Yoga Etiquette : if you must leave early, please do so before the start of 'savasana'. 
  • If you pre-register and a situation arises where you can no longer attend a pre-registration class or event, please be sure to review our Cancelation Policy.
  • Youth under the age of 18 are welcome to attend classes at HFF with parent consent.
  • If you plan on using a studio mat, we kindly ask that you sanitize your mat after use. Studio mats are available to use at NO additional cost.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Street shoes that are dirtied with mud/sand/grass/etc are NOT allowed in the classrooms. 
  • You are welcome & encouraged to bring your belongings into the classroom, but leave coats & shoes in the main lobby.
  • Bring water with you as we do not sell water bottles or have disposable cups.
  • In the event that one of our classes has a Substitute Instructor, please note that the class may or may not be the same style/type of class. Depending on who is available to sub, the class may be different than that which is listed on the class schedule. We encourage all members to try different class types and instructors, even if they are totally new to the class. 
  • If you have a limitation or injury or if you are pregnant, we ask that you share this information with your instructor for your safety! Please Read Our Healthy & Safety Disclaimer Below.
  • Our New Studio will have the option for you to purchase Shower Passes for use of the private shower rooms. Please plan to bring your own towel & personal care items as we do not provide towel service and/or hygiene products. It is recommended that you read through our Shower Etiquette Packet before using the Private Showers.
  • Classes & Teachers are Subject to Change. Prices Are Subject to Change.
