HIIT or Interval Training
Fire up your metabolism with this variety filled workout alternating short bursts of fat blasting cardio with intervals of muscle conditioning. This workout is meant to get your heart pumping, your major muscle groups burning and your energy soaring!
45 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and plyometric-based workout. This class combines high intensity intervals using explosive jumping exercises with strength and agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.
This 45 minute program will strengthen your entire body. Power Pump targets all major muscle groups by using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. We emphasize low weight loads and high repetitions so you'll gain strength & quickly produce lean body weight which increases metabolism!
Class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga & pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. May also incorporate the use of other equipment such as balls, chairs, bands or light hand weights.
If some of your health goals include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and/or body-mind awareness, then mat pilates is a great class for you! Mat Pilates is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body weight and a yoga mat for cushioning and support. Vinyasa style yoga with a bit of an 'edge'! Still everything you recognize from a vinyasa type of class but with a bit more butt-kicking moves to enhance strength & willpower in your practice. Expect more Chatarangas, Planks, Core Work, Upper Body Strengthening and Fast Paced Flows.
Flow offers a less intense option for yoga practitioners who are seeking a bit more gentle and mindful yoga experience. One could expect a slower paced, alignment-centered class with additional breathing and relaxation exercises at the beginning and end. Some Vinyasa flowing with lots of blissful stretching mixed in. This can be a great introduction to yoga for newbies but also a great challenge both physically and mentally for those looking to unwind, recharge and counterbalance an active lifestyle!
Slower paced yoga practice designed to stretch the connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Great class to help you restore range of motion, improve posture, and gain gratitude for your body!
Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. In this class, you take time to feel your body move and link breath to movement to build pathways toward deeper understanding of the body.

Core & Restore Yoga
Our Core & Restore Yoga is is the perfect class to balance your life and yoga practice at the end of the week. The first half of class focuses on strength building postures and deep core work. The second half will offers long-held stretches and guided relaxation to leave you feeling restored and refreshed.

A Challenging workout, Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the Level 1 class sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass.
Step & Tone
This express beginner class offers 15-20 fantastic minutes of aerobic training combined with 10-15 minutes of muscular toning for a great quick workout. Having great coordination is not a pre-requisite for this class, Step & Tone can even be done with NO STEP at all! Come for a quick 30 minute workout that will benefit your whole body!
This fusion class combines Step Aerobics, Zumba and Dance together! Our friendly and approachable instructor will walk you through the workout. If you want to showcase your rhythm and flair then steppin' is perfect for you! There are always modifications given so the workout is safe and manageable for beginners. Turbo Kick & TK Strength
Provides participants a safe, effective, and fun cardiovascular workout that utilizes kickboxing, boxing, and hip hop style moves! Turbo Kick is a complete cardio challenge with bouts of intense intervals combined with constant aerobic movement! Mix that with TK Strength which also integrates a specially designed strength and toning section and you have the perfect package!
This class will tone and tighten your body while bringing some focus to your booty and abs! Using your own body weight, hand weights and resistance bands to give you that feeling of burn while revving up your heart and lungs for a total cardio 'CRUSH' workout!
Fitness Mix 2.0
Traditional Hi/Low Aerobics is the base of this workout! Low-impact aerobics focuses on lower cardiovascular load over a longer duration, a technique that is suitable for beginners and reduces injury risk. High-impact aerobic exercises push the heart rate closer to its max capacity and typically use higher cardiovascular loads for shorter duration of time. A hi-low aerobic class combines each type of exercise into a single class so that participants can combine periods of more manageable low-impact movements with periods of more challenging high-impact movements. Rounding out the hour we will include various forms of muscular strength, mobility and flexibility to obtain the best overall workout package!
