When preparing for class, please consider the following:

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

  • Pre-registration for classes is NOT necessary for our regularly scheduled weekly classes.
  • It is recommended that you Pre-Register for any specialty classes, events and workshops to ensure you have a space. 
  • If you are newer to our studio, Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class for us to complete the intake process & show you around our facility.
  • If a situation arises that you will not be able to arrive early or on time -or- if you need to leave class early, please enter and exit the studio quietly. 
  • If you pre-register and a situation arises where you can no longer attend, please be sure to review our Cancelation Policy.
  • If you plan on using a studio mat, we kindly ask that you sanitize your mat after use. Studio mats are available to use at no additional cost.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
  • You are welcome to bring water into the studio.
  • In the event that one of our classes has a Substitute Instructor, please note that the class may or may not be the same style/type of class. Depending on who is available to sub, the class may be different than that which is listed on the class schedule. We encourage all members to try different class types and instructors, even if they are totally new to the class.
