Pre-Registration for classes is necessary for our regularly scheduled weekly classes as well as all workshops & events.
When You Arrive at the Studio - Please Check In at The Front Desk
If you are newer to our studio, Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class for us to complete the intake process & show you around our facility.
If a situation arises that you will not be able to arrive early or on time -or- if you need to leave class early, please let your instructor know in advance. Also please enter and exit the studio quietly.
Good Yoga Etiquette : if you must leave early, please do so before the start of 'savasana'.
If you Pre-Register and a situation arises where you can no longer attend a pre-registration class or event, please be sure to review our Cancelation Policy.
Youth under the age of 18 are welcome to attend classes at HFF with parent consent.
It is best if you BYO mat. If you plan on using a studio mat, you must sanitize your mat after use. Studio mats are available to use at NO additional cost.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Street shoes that are dirtied with mud/sand/grass/etc are NOT allowed in the classrooms.
You are welcome & encouraged to bring your belongings into the classroom, but leave coats & shoes in the main lobby.
Bring water with you as we do not sell water bottles or have disposable cups.
In the event that one of our classes has a Substitute Instructor, please note that the class may or may not be the same style/type of class. Depending on who is available to sub, the class may be different than that which is listed on the class schedule. We encourage all members to try different class types and instructors, even if they are totally new to the class.
